We'll provide the same professional CNC fabrication and finishing regardless of where you purchased the stone.

We warranty our fabrication workmanship — this covers the cutting, edge work, cutouts, drilling, and finishing. If there are any fabrication defects due to our work, we'll rectify them at no cost to you.

Important: If you bought stone from us, we also cover material defects under the manufacturer's warranty. If you brought your own stone, we cannot warranty the material itself, only our fabrication work.

Stone breakage during fabrication is rare but can happen due to hidden stress fractures or inherent material defects that aren't visible until cutting begins.

We inspect all stone upon delivery and document any visible issues beforehand. We handle materials with professional care using proper equipment. However, we cannot be held responsible for inherent material defects in stones we didn't supply, as these issues exist within the material itself before we begin work.

We focus purely on stone supply and fabrication to ensure we deliver the highest quality in our area of expertise. We don't provide installation services directly.
