There is no minimum order requirement – we can deliver even a single slab. However, please note that the transport cost is a fixed charge, which will increase your total cost. For better value, we recommend ordering three slabs or more.

All slab purchases are on a cash basis and must be paid in full before delivery.

Slab sizes vary by material and manufacturer, Standard sizes includes:

• Quartz: 3040mm x 1440mm (most common)
• Sintered Stone: 3200mm x 1600mm or 3200mm x 1440mm
• Porcelain Slab: 3200mm x 1600mm
• Granite: 2800 x 1600mm (varies by quarry)
• Marble: 2400mm x 1400mm to 3000mm x 1800mm

Each product's specification sheet indicates the exact slab dimensions.

Standard thickness available in Malaysia:

• 12mm: Sintered stone (most common for countertops)
• 13mm: Certain quartz brands
• 15mm: Standard quartz thickness
• 18mm: Natural stone such as grantie, quartzite or marble
• 20mm: Premium quartz option
• 30mm: Available via special order (minimum 1 container)

Thickness depends on the manufacturer and material type. We can provide specific thickness information for any colour you're interested in. 

Yes, we can supply 30mm thick slabs for your projects. Due to the specialised nature of there products:

• Minimum order: 1 full container
• Lead time: 6-8 weeks from order confirmation
• Available for most quartz stone

Absolutely! We offer several options for viewing samples:

• Showroom Visit: Visit our showroom  in Shah Alam to see full slabs
• Sample Chips: We can provide small samples (10cm x 10cm) for up to 5 colours free of charge
• Courier Services: Samples can be couriered within Klang Valley (courier fee might applies)
• Digital Catalogue: High-resolution photos available for all colours

Note: Natural stone varies from slab to slab. We always recommend viewing the actual slabs before finalising large orders.

• Klang Valley (KL, Selangor): Free delivery for orders above 5 slabs
• Negeri Sembilan, Melaka: Estimate RM200-400 depending on location
• Penang, Johor: Estimate RM900-1500 depending on quantity and location
• East Malaysia: Available via freight forwarder (cost calculated separately)

As a wholesale distributor, we supply slabs to fabricators and contractors. We do not provide installation services directly.

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product type:

• Caesarstone: 25-year limited warranty
• Dekton: 25-year transferable warranty
• Silestone: 25-year limited warranty
• Other Brands: Typically 10-year warranty

Warranties cover manufacturing defects and material performance. They do not cover damage from improper installation, abuse, or normal wear and tear. We assist with all warranty claims and work directly with manufacturers on your behalf.

Due to the nature of stone materials, returns and exchanges are limited:

• Defective Products: Full refund or replacement if defects are identified within 7 days of delivery
• Wrong Items: Exchange within 7 days if we delivered incorrect products
• Colour Variation: Natural stone varies in pattern; this is not considered a defect
• Change of Mind: Not accepted for custom or special orders

All claims must be made in writing with photographic evidence. Slabs must remain unused and undamaged for returns to be processed.
